Syracuse, NY – SUNY Canton had 153 student-athletes named to the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for the 2025-26 academic year. To earn the recognition student-athletes must earn a 3.30 or higher cumulative grade point average (GPA) for the 2025-26 academic year as reported by the institution's compliance director.
 
The men's hockey team led the way for Canton with 26 student-athletes recognized, while women's hockey had 20 and women's basketball and baseball had 14 each recognized. Women's lacrosse finished with 12 players recognized, the women's and men's soccer teams had 11 each and women's volleyball saw 10 players honored.
