Why Did You Choose SUNY Canton? When I toured the campus and met Coach Waite, I had a good feeling that this would be a good opportunity for me and my future.
What Do You Like Most About SUNY Canton? The positive environment and how the people here really do make the place.
Who is Your Favorite SUNY Canton Professor and Why? Andrew Wood, because he is very knowledgeable and invested in his students’ success.
What do you like most about your sports team/coach at SUNY Canton? The welcoming environment and how my teammates constantly make the sport fun. One thing I really appreciate about my college experience is my coach. She is truly invested in me and always sees the good in me, even when I’m struggling. She gives everyone a fair chance and believes in development rather than labeling players. Before college, I was in a tough place with softball, but she helped pull me out of that hole by believing in me and giving me opportunities to grow. Her support has helped rebuild my confidence and love for the game.
