High School/ Juniors
- Lilah attended Franklinville High School where she played hockey and softball
- Was named Athlete of the Year, Big 30 Athlete of the Year, Scholar Athlete and First Team All-Star.
- In softball she was named CCAA First Team All-Star while in hockey she was named First Team All-Star Section XI and Defensive Player of the Year.
- Her hockey team won the 2021 NYS Championship and were USA Hockey National Semifinalists in 2025.
- Played travel hockey for the Amherst Knights in the USA Hockey Association

Why Did You Choose SUNY Canton: I chose SUNY Canton because the second I stepped on campus I knew it was exactly where I wanted to be, the atmosphere was great.
