Cross Country Releases 2025 Schedules

Canton, NY – The SUNY Canton men's and women's cross country teams and Head Coach John Kennedy have released their schedules for the upcoming 2025 season.

The Roos will compete in seven invitationals including a pair of races crosstown at St. Lawrence University. The teams open the season on August 30th in New Hampshire at the Colby-Sawyer Challenger Invitational. SUNY Canton is in Vermont the next weekend at the Randolph Knights Maple Syrup Challenge (9/6). After an off weekend the team races at St. Lawrence on September 20th at the Hoffman Invitational.

The Roos kick of October with a new meet racing at the Word of Life Bible Institute Invitational in Schroon Lake on October 4th. Canton's final race of October is at the Cross Country Only Conference Championships at Seneca Lake State Park in Geneva on October 18th.
   

Plattsburgh is set to host the 2025 SUNYAC Championship on November 1st. The season concludes on November 15th at the NCAA Mideast Regionals which will be hosted by St. Lawrence crosstown in Canton.
