Lydia Snow paced the SUNY Canton men's and women's cross country teams at the Hoffman Invitational hosted by St. Lawrence on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Â
- Bradley covered the 8 kilometer course in a time of 32:05 to finish in 52nd place out of 67 runners. Brogan LaRose was the second Roos across the line in 32:58 (55th) and Matthew Pietryka was right behind him (56th – 33:19).
- Gage Perry (60th – 35:10) and Daniel Ryhal (61st – 35:51) rounded out the scoring SUNY Canton runners on Saturday.
- The Roos (164) finished in fifth place out of the six team field edging SUNY Potsdam (166). St. Lawrence won the team title with 26 points ahead of second place Plattsburgh State (51). Ottawa. University's Andre Alle-Lamarche won the individual race in a time of 25:17.

- Lydia Snow led the Canton women in 22nd place running the 6 kilometer course in 27:18. Summer Foster was the second Roo across the line in her first collegiate race finishing in 36th place out of the 44 runners (30:45).
- Isabella Paswaters (43rd – 32:21) and Megan Cowles (44th – 36:36) also competed for the Roos.
- The Roos ran with individuals only as five runners are required for a team score. St. Lawrence won the team event with 17 points ahead of second place Plattsburgh State (44). SLU's Allison Sibold captured the individual title with a time of 21:53.

WHAT'S NEXT?
The Roos return to the trails on Saturday, September 30th when they race at Hampshire College. The women race at 10 a.m. followed by the men at 11 a.m.
