Oswego, NY – Adam Szlamczynski fired a round 8-over par, 79, as he finished fifth at the Oswego State Spring Invitational at Oswego Country Club on Saturday. The event was originally scheduled for two days and 36 holes but was trimmed to the one day 18-hole event due to the forecast for Sunday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Szlamczynski went out in 5-over 40 before finishing 3-over 39 on the back nine.
- Anthony Marion (87), Tyler Bedell (87), John McCall (94) and Cayden Cady (94) rounded out the Roo competitors.
- The Roos finished the event tied for fourth place with Utica University out of the seven-team field with 347 strokes.
- Oswego State won the team title with 315 strokes, followed by SUNY Delhi (317) and Elmira (344)
