Pat Harrington and the SUNY Canton men's lacrosse team have announced their 2019 schedule, which marks the team's first season in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC).

Canton's schedule will feature 15 total contests with six home games and six tilts within NAC play.

The Roos open the season by making the short trip up Route 11 on February 28th when they visit Clarkson University. The team's home opener comes on Saturday, March 1st when it welcomes Bard College in non-conference action followed by a night game v. SUNY Potsdam on Tuesday, March 5th at 7 p.m.

After a weekend road trip to Houghton, the Roos are back home for a pair of contests during spring break week when it squares off with Castleton on March 14th followed by the NAC opener v. Thomas College (3/16).

SUNY Canton plays its next four games on the road including a NAC road game at Maine Maritime Academy on March 23rd. Two of the teams next three are a home against NVU-Lyndon (4/6) and Husson University (4/13).

The Roos round out the regular season at Alfred State College (4/17) and at SUNY Delhi (4/20).

The NAC and the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) will compete in a combined championship with the top two seeds from each conference facing off (No. 1 NAC v. No. 2 NECC and No. 1 NECC v. No. 2 NAC) in semifinal games on Saturday, April 27th. The winners from those two games will meet for the alliance championship and automatic qualification spot for the NCAA tournament on Saturday, May 4th.
