The Chancellor's Scholar-Athlete Awards are awards given by the SUNY Chancellor and are the highest award given to a student-athlete in the State University. Each school nominates student-athletes based on their success in both their respective sport and in the classroom and for other outstanding contributions they make to their institutions. The winners are then selected by a panel of SUNY athletic directors.
