The Roos schedule features 16 total contests with seven home games and nine conference contests.

SUNY Canton opens the regular season on February 28 when they visit Alfred State. Three days later the Roos will play their second straight road game, this time across town at St. Lawrence. Canton's home opener will be against Russell Sage on March 7.

The team heads to Pennsylvania during their spring break week for a pair of games at Neumann University. Canton will square off with Carroll University on March 11 followed by a March 13 contest against the host Knights.

The team's six game road stretch continues with a non-conference tilt at SUNY Poly (3/18) before they open SUNYAC play with three straight on the road at New Paltz (3/21), at Plattsburgh (3/25) and at Buffalo State (3/28).

After 23 days without a home game, the Roos will host their next five contests all at home when they welcome Oswego (3/31), Fredonia (4/3), Cortland (4/8), Oneonta (4/11) and Clarkson (4/13) to campus. The team rounds out its schedule with a road game at Morrisville (4/15) before concluding the regular season slate at home against rival Potsdam on April 22.

The top six teams in the conference qualify for the SUNYAC Tournament. SUNYAC first round games are scheduled for April 25 hosted by the three and four seeds. The top two seeds host semifinal contests on April 29 with the highest remaining seed hosting the SUNYAC championship on May 2.
