Rome, NY – Kahontiio Lazore led the Roos for the second straight day shooting a 75 (+5) on Monday as he sits in a tie for third place out of 48 golfers after the second day of the 2025-26 Empire 8 Fall Men's Golf Championship.
The Roos sit in fourth place out of eight teams after the fall championship that was contested at Teugega Country Club on Sunday and Monday with the final two rounds of the championship to be played in the spring.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Lazore followed up his 73 on Sunday with a 75 on Monday posting a 39 (+3) on the front and 36 (+2) on the back. He recorded two birdies, 10 pars, five bogeys and a double.
- Raine Rumble posted a 79 (40-39) on Monday after a 74 on Sunday. He tallied a team-best three birdies along with seven pars, four bogeys and four doubles.
- Anthony Marion is tied for 13th following up Sunday's 77 with a 79 (42-37) on Monday that saw him register 10 pars, seven bogeys and a double. Sam Eells (33rd) carded an 88 (46-42) on Monday after Sunday's 77. Mason Dumas was the final scoring player for Canton on Monday posting an 81 (40-41), as he sits 39th. Tyler Martin recorded a 92 on Monday and is in 43rd place.
- The Roos sit alone in fourth place in the team standings with 615 strokes after the fall portion of the championship. St. John Fisher leads the team event with 603 strokes, while Sage is second (608) and Nazareth is third (613).
