Adam Szlamczynski fired a round of 80 on Tuesday to claim medalist honors at the Elmira College Spring Invitational at Elmira Country Club.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Szlamczynski had five pars and a birdie on the front nine to shoot 39, while shooting a 41 on the back for a total of 80, three strokes ahead of Oswego State's Ryan Fecco (83). Szlamczynski shot even par over his final five holes including a birdie on the par-5 519 yard 16th hole.
- Oswego State won the team title with 343 strokes, SUNY Delhi was second with 346, while the Roos were third (355) out of the six-team field.
- Brendan Kanoza posted a round of 90 for the Roos, while Jake Hess and Sam Martin carded rounds of 92 and 93, respectively.
- Hess had four pars and a birdie, Kanoza finished with three pars and a birdie and Martin tallied seven pars.
