Bryan Parker enters his 13th year as Director of the Fitness Center & Pool during the 2024-25 academic year. Parker has previously assisted both the men's hockey, the men's and women's cross country and men's soccer teams. 

In June 2021 Parker was recognized with the prestigious President's Meritorious Service Award.

Parker has competed as an elite triathlete in a number of regional, national and worldwide triathlon competitions. He was honored as a United States Triathlon Association All-American in 2008, 2009 and 2010, and was an Ironman 70.3 Triathlon World Championship Qualifier twice in 2008, then again in 2010. He qualified at the end of the 2010 season for his USAT professional racing license.

Before transitioning to his current position in the CARC, Parker spent three years as the senior counselor of admissions at SUNY Canton. 

Parker graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Potsdam in 2007 with a degree in Business Administration. During his undergraduate studies he was a member of both the hockey and cross country teams for the Bears. He also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from St. Lawrence University. 

Parker currently resides in Canton with his wife, Mary and two children, Luke and Mia.
