Canton, NY – Cassandra Forrest, a freshman on the softball team, and Alfredo Pabón, a junior on the baseball team, have been named this week's Roos of the Week.

Forrest hit .455 (5-for-11) with two runs, a home run and seven RBI over four games last week for the Roos. She combined for two hits, two runs, a home run and drove in four runs in a doubleheader split against VTSU Johnson on Wednesday. The rookie followed that up combining for three hits and three RBI in a doubleheader loss at Oswego on Saturday.

Pabón tossed 5.2 innings allowing two runs with a strikeout and walk in his lone appearance of the week to earn his first collegiate win in a 6-5 victory at St. Lawrence on Wednesday. The junior has now started two of his five appearances on the mound this season tossing 13.0 innings with a 1-1 record and 5.54 ERA.
