Fierheller Scores First Collegiate Goal at Fredonia

Fredonia, NY – The SUNY Canton men's hockey team was unable to overcome a four-goal deficit as Stuart Fierheller scored his first collegiate goal on the road at Fredonia in a 5-1 loss on Friday night.
 
Five different players found the back of the net for the Blue Devils as Victor Tracy, Max Blitz, Josh Biasillo, Jimmy Morgan and Oskar Gerhardson all scored as the hosts built a 3-0 lead after two periods.
 
Zach Pease earned his fourth assist of the season on Fierheller's goal.
 
Austin Washkurak made 39 saves while allowing five goals over the first 52:32, while Josh Erickson made seven stops over the final 7:28. Anton Rosen made 36 stops for the Blue Devils.
