Allen went 2-for-4 and drove in all four of the Roos runs in their season opener at Fisher College on Sunday. He drove in Canton’s first run of the 2022 season in the fourth inning when he singled home Don Louis Rodriguez. Allen followed that up with a 3 RBI double down the left field line in the seventh inning. In the team’s third game of the day on Sunday he tossed three innings on the mound and despite giving up four earned runs he struck out seven batters.
