Lafferty had a huge week for the men’s hockey team recording a goal and three assists as the team split a pair of road contests. The junior assisted two of the three SUNY Canton goals in a 6-3 loss to Western New England University on Friday. He followed that up with a strong performance as the Roos picked up a 5-2 victory against Becker College on Saturday. The Williamstown, NJ native assisted Zach Paisley’s game-winning goal 1:33 into the third period and two minutes later added an important insurance score of his own.

The men’s hockey team has nearly a month off until its next contest. The Roos will travel to New London, CT on January 4th to take on Connecticut College at 7:00 p.m.
