Who is Your Personal Hero/Idol:Â My dad is my hero. He grew up in a struggling neighborhood in California and was able to find his path through the Army where he spent 22 years and made it to a really successful career. Throughout his time in the Army he still found time to make sure that I was being developed and training and made me the volleyball player I am today. Even to this day since his retirement from the Army he still gives back to his community and coaches the regional volleyball travel team, Lake Effect Smash.

Why Did You Chose SUNY Canton:Â I chose SUNY Canton because of their hands on Veterinary Studies program and volleyball.
What Do You Like Most About SUNY Canton:Â The variety of people and the length that the professors will go to make sure you are successful, it shows they really care about their students.
What do you like most about your sports team/coach at SUNY Canton:Â We are all friends and have fun, but when it's time to work we come together and get the job done. Our team is really diverse and we all have different outside interests but when it comes to volleyball that really brings us together and we work well together.
