High School
- Madalena attended York Central School where she played volleyball and ran track & field.
- Named First Team All-State, Sectional All-Tournament Team, and Exceptional Senior in volleyball
- In track & field she was named sectional champion in pentathlon and LCAA All-Star in hurdles
- Her volleyball team won the New York State Championships in 2025 and were Sectional Finalists in 2024 and 2023
- Played club volleyball for VolleyFX
