Fun Facts
What is a Little Known Fact About Yourself? I love to collect sneakers, specifically Jordan’s. I have 82 pairs of sneakers all around back home in Canada. I used to work at Foot Locker House of Hoops for three years and it made it very difficult to not spend each check on a new pair of sneakers. My favorite pair of sneakers I have is the Jordan 11 University of North Carolina Lows.
Who is Your Personal Hero/Idol and Why? Derrick Rose is my idol because I admired him when he starred on the Chicago Bulls when he was drafted in 2008. He became the NBA's youngest player to win an MVP at 22 in 2011. What shocked me the most was his athleticism as a point guard to get around anybody and power finish with a dunk every time. It inspired me to play the same way. The only way to get there is through hard work and effort.

Why Did You Chose SUNY Canton: I prioritize in academics first and SUNY Canton appealed to me for their academic programs. Finding further information about the educational facility, the basketball program has been on the road it has and leads them to success. My two main priorities were satisfied as I put forth my efforts to enroll at SUNY Canton.
What Do You Like Most About SUNY Canton: I make use of the athletic facility Roos House every day. I am in the gym day-in and day-out as a lifestyle. The athletic facility is the best part of SUNY Canton.
Who is Your Favorite SUNY Canton Professor and Why? Rajiv Narula is my favorite instructor at SUNY Canton because it is a course on Environmental Science. This course in a nutshell teaches you about global warming, climate change, and modern-day pollutants and how it affects the world! It also gave suggestions on how to heal the environment in the smallest ways that pose immense differences.
What do you like most about your sports team/coach at SUNY Canton: Our team gels together well and it feels like a real brotherhood. I think one of the main most important qualities to a successful team is team chemistry and I feel that we have that here at SUNY Canton. Coach Shiva is a very personable and open coach. I feel like I come out of practice better every day. I like how coach laced up and practiced with us one time!
