    Volunteer Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach
Emily Thomas enters her first season as a volunteer assistant with the SUNY Canton women's lacrosse program during the 2022 season.

Thomas played club lacrosse at NCAA Division I Binghamton University where she served as captain for two seasons. Her team went to the WCLA-2 New England Women's Lacrosse League regional tournament three consecutive years in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Thomas attended Corning-Painted Post West High School where she played varsity lacrosse for the Corning Hawks (Class A) for four seasons. She served as captain her senior year and the team won Section IV championships in 2011, 2012 and 2013.  Thomas earned the prestigious Ernie Davis Scholarship for her efforts in the classroom and on the field. 

Thomas graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Psychology. She then went on to earn a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Temple University.
