Biography
2025 Season
- Played and started in net in all 13 games during his junior year with the Roos
- Finished the season with a .486 save percentage, was third in the SUNYAC with 196 total saves, and picked up the second-most groundballs (33), and caused the second most turnovers (8) on the team
- Recorded 18 saves in a 12-8 win over VTSU Castleton (3/1/25)
- Registered a D-III era program record 35 saves against Cortland (4/12/25)
- Member of the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District
2024 Season
- Played in all 13 games during his sophomore season with the Roos making 11 starts
- Ended the season with a 6-6 record, was fourth on the team with 33 groundballs, and was second in the NAC in both saves per game (13.6) and save percentage (.553)
- Stopped a season-best 19 shots against Plattsburgh (2/28/24)
- Made 11 saves on 12 shots in a 20-7 win at Cobleskill (4/13/24)
- Named NAC Defensive Player of the Week on two occasions and Co-Defensive Player of the Week once
- Named to the NAC 2024 Spring All-Academic Team
- Member of the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Â
- Named the SUNY Canton Athletic Department’s Male Defender of the Year
2023 Season
- Started 10 of the 14 games he appeared in logging almost 600 minutes in net while scoring a goal and assisting another
- Recorded 173 saves while picking up 55 ground balls
- Named NAC Defensive Player of the Week twice (3/27, 4/23) and NAC Rookie of the Week once (5/3)
- Named to the NAC 2023 Spring All-Academic Team

- Hayden was a three-sport athlete at Hugh C. Williams High School, competing in lacrosse, soccer, and hockey for 4 years.
