Lassial begins his second season as the assistant men’s basketball coach.
The Ogdensburg native is a 2008 graduate of St. Lawrence University and was a dual-sport athlete for the Saints, playing both football and baseball.
During his final season with Saints football Lassial had 314 yards receiving with two touchdowns. He also captained the baseball team through his senior season and recorded four wins in his final year with the Saints.
Before joining the SUNY Canton coaching staff, Lassial served as the running backs coach for the SLU football team during the 2008 and 2009 seasons.
Lassial is currently a residence hall director at SUNY Canton.
