SUNY Canton Set to Host 2026 New York State Special Olympics Summer Games on Sunday, April 12

Canton, NY – SUNY Canton is set to host the 2026 New York State Special Olympics Summer Games on Sunday, April 12 on SUNY Canton's campus. The events will all take place inside the Roos House.

This marks the 11th year the institution has hosted Special Olympics. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. with opening ceremonies and the parade of athletes starting at approximately 9:45 a.m. The events will start shortly thereafter at 10 a.m.
