Verona, NY – Anthony Marion carded a round of 9-over par, 81, to lead the SUNY Canton men's golf team in a dual match against St. Lawrence at the Shenendoah Golf Course at Turning Stone Resort on Monday.
Kahontiio Lazore led the Roos with three birdies on his round.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Marion went out in 40 and came home in 41 recording 11 pars on the day to finish in fifth place individually out of 12 golfers.
- Kahontiio Lazore shot a 44 on the front and came home with a 41 on the back to record an 85. He led the Roos with three birdies on the day finishing in a tie for seventh place.
- John McCall posted an 89 with a 43 on the front and 46 on the back, while Brody Fuhrey (50-46) and Tyler Martin (48-48) tied for 11th with 96's.
- St. Lawrence won the team event with 296 strokes, while Canton was second with 345.
