Tully, NY – Sophomore Chamonix Jackson and senior Kamryn Barnes each scored goals to help the SUNY Canton women's soccer team earn a tie against SUNY ESF on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• The Mighty Oaks struck first, just over five minutes into the contest when Taylor Weber found the back of the net.  Weber's goal was assisted by Hailey Simmons.
• Jackson tied the game at one all at the 33:52 mark for her second of the season.
• Weber again put SUNY ESF on top with less than three minutes remaining in the first half.
• Barnes scored the equalizer with less than six minutes remaining in the second half.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS

• The goals were the second of the season for Jackson and Barnes in just their fourth contest.
• Jackson finished with six shots on goal, Barnes with three and senior Mayella Rubin had two.  Weber finished with 10 for SUNY ESF.
• Senior Skylar Williams made 14 saves for the Roos while her counterpart Hailey Williams finished with 10.
