Canton, NY – Seniors Sarah Balcom and Alexas Marshall, both members of the women's volleyball team, have been named this week's Roos of the Week.

Balcom averaged 2.43 kills, 1.14 blocks, 0.86 digs and 0.43 aces per set hitting an impressive .615 in a 2-0 week for the Roos. She opened the week with 12 kills and no errors on 19 swings hitting .632 with four total blocks and two digs in a 3-1 win against Alfred State (4-3) on Friday. Balcom closed out the week with nine kills (.615 hitting %) with two aces, two digs and a block in a sweep of VTSU Johnson on Friday.

Marshall averaged 2.71 kills hitting an impressive .607 on 28 attacks in a 2-0 week for the Roos. She opened the weekend with 10 kills and just one error hitting .600 with a block in a 3-1 win against Alfred State (4-3) on Friday. Marshall closed out the weekend with nine kills (.615 hitting %), two aces, two digs and a block in a sweep of VTSU Johnson on Friday.
