Canton, NY – Caitlyn Reed threw a complete game allowing just one earned run and recorded the Roos lone hit on the day as the SUNY Canton softball team dropped a tight 2-0 NAC game to SUNY Delhi on Saturday morning.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Both teams went down in order the first two innings as a runner didn't reach base until the third inning.
- Delhi broke the scoreless tie in the fifth inning when Riley Martin singled home Hannah Caugh. The Broncos added an unearned run in the sixth when Cayla Moroni scored following an error.
- Reed broke up the no-hitter for Delhi with a single down the left field line in the fourth, Canton's lone hit of the day.
- Martin led the Broncos with two hits while four players had one each.
- Danielle Seymour earned her third win of the weekend for the visitors tossing a complete game one-hitter with seven strike outs.
- Reed was also impressive on the mound scattering six hits over seven innings allowing just one earned run with a walk.

The Roos are scheduled to conclude their season in a non-league doubleheader on Wednesday at SUNY Potsdam beginning at 3 p.m.
