HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Bengals wasted no time getting on the board just 71 seconds into the contest. Sydney Radecki played the puck to Laney Harrold at the left point. She fired the puck toward the front of goal where it hit the skate of a defender and was picked up by Emma Ramseier who put the puck in the left corner of net.

- Canton evened the score at 1-1 at 11:36 of the middle period. Anna Pavlasova took a shot from the point that was turned aside by Jesse Auge. The rebound went to Ashton Morris in the slot who left the puck for Andzel at the left circle. She hit Lalonde at the right circle as she fired a quick shot into the top right corner past Auge.
- The Bengals nearly took the lead at the end of the second as Kaydence Kemp fired a shot off the pipe and Seaman was able to save a rebound shot by Radecki to keep the game tied at one after 40 minutes. Shots on goal were even at 15 apiece in the second stanza.
- Canton took its first lead of the game scoring its first power play goal of the season at 13:50 of the third period. Lalonde moved the puck from the left to Isabella Paswaters at the point.
