Halle McKinnon each scored a goal, but the SUNY Canton women's hockey team dropped a last minute 3-2 decision to SUNY Morrisville in a SUNYAC matchup on Friday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Emmerton scored the games first goal at 2:54 of the opening period putting the Roos on top 1-0. Her goal was assisted by freshman Kylah Small.
- Alana McDonald tied the game midway through the first for the Mustangs.
- McKinnon put the Roos back on top 2-1 at 10:41 of the second, burying a pass from sophomore Jane Pancoe past Morrisville keeper Maggie Jones.
- Hailee Easson scored Morrisville's second goal of the evening just 1:27 into the third period, knotting the game at 2-2.
- Allie Davidson notched the game winner with less than a minute remaining, lifting the puck over Roos goalie Molly Lenihan who had been knocked over by traffic in front of the net.

- The Roos were 0/2 on the power play, Morrisville was 0/3.
- The Mustangs won 29 faceoffs to Canton's 22 wins.
- Freshman Jordan Caroccio blocked seven shots for the Roos.
