Oneonta, NY – Juan Diaz and
Noah Reyes drove in a run each, but two big scoring innings proved to be the difference as SUNY Oneonta earned a 13-2 win over the SUNY Canton baseball team on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Red Dragons scored five runs each in the second and fifth innings and added a pair of runs in the sixth inning to open up a 12-0 advantage.
- Reyes got Canton on the board in the eighth inning when he scored Dyllon Bougor on an RBI double to right center. Bougor got the two out rally started legging out an infield single.
- After Oneonta added a run in the bottom of the inning Canton got one more in the ninth. Diaz singled through the right side to score Ty Reed.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Diaz, Reyes, Bougor, Don Louis Rodriguez, Alphonse Fuca and Nick Shoemaker all recorded hits for Canton.
- Kieran Gibson took the loss on the mound for the Roos allowing five runs with a strike out and two walks in four innings.
- Sean Liquori earned the win tossing three innings with five strike outs and a walk.
