Expanded membership allowed for the reimagination of both regular season and championship tournament formats. Teams are now split into East and West Divisions, each with five members. Each team will play regular season matches against all opponents within their division, which forms the basis for seeding and selection to the postseason tournament.
The top seed in each half will host quarterfinal and semifinal contests, then East and West champions will vie for the NAC Championship and automatic qualification (AQ) to the NCAA championship tournament. A rotation was established for determining who will host the conference championship, and the prevailing team in the East will host in 2021, followed by the West in 2022, and so on.
SUNY Canton is led by Head Coach
Caitlin Grimshaw who enters her third year at the helm of the Roos. The team is looking to qualify for its third consecutive NAC championship match since joining the conference in 2018.
The Roos roster features 16 players with 10 returners coupled with six newcomers.
