  • Bates, who already has two saves in relief this season, picked up his first win of the season. He threw three innings in relief allowing just a single hit with three strike outs as he did not allow a run. Kieran Gibson took the no decision for the Roos tossing the first five innings allowing four earned runs with two walks and a strike out.
