Presque Isle, ME – Jason Meneses made six saves to earn his first collegiate win and shutout as the SUNY Canton men's soccer team earned a 2-0 road win in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) game at Maine Presque Isle on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- SUNY Canton got on the board first in the 18th minute when Agustin Nunez put home his third goal of the season, this one coming on a penalty kick.
- Dzihad Cecunjanin doubled the Roos lead in the 41st minute with an unassisted marker, his first tally in a Canton uniform.
- The Roos led 2-0 at intermission and Meneses was stellar throughout to secure the clean sheet.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Nunez and Cecunjanin paced Canton with three shots on goal each, while Pedro DeSouza added two shots on target.
- Meneses stopped all six shots he faced in his first collegiate win. Keith Mank made seven stops for UMPI.
- SUNY Canton held the upper hand in shots (22-9), shots on goal (11-9) and corner kicks (9-5).
