Canton, NY – The SUNY Canton Esports teams had another strong week of competition in the Fall 2020 semester posting a 17-11 record across eight different titles. 
 
This week's competition featured matches across five titles in Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) play, along with six titles in State University of New York (SUNY) competition, a new conference of esports play which SUNY Canton helped to launch.
 
The Roos took on their fellow competitors in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Valorant, Rocket League, Overwatch and Fotnite in ECAC play. Meanwhile, SUNY Canton featured games in Smite, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Call of Duty: MW Gunfight, Valorant, Rainbow Six Siege and Fortnite in SUNY competition.

ECAC Super Smash Bros. Ultimate A | SUNY Canton 2, Stonehill 1 | RESULTS
The Roos defeated Stonehill College 2-1 earning 3-0 and 4-0 wins in the second and third games after dropping the opener, 1-0.   
 
ECAC Super Smash Bros. Ultimate B | Albany 2, SUNY Canton 0 | RESULTS
SUNY Canton fell to the University at Albany by scores of 1-0 in both games in a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate match on Monday.
 
ECAC Super Smash Bros. Ultimate C | SUNY Canton 2, Albany 0 | RESULTS
The Roos secured a 2-0 win over the University at Albany winning the first game 3-1 and following that up with a tight 3-2 victory in Game 2.
 
ECAC Valorant | SUNY Canton 2, SUNY Poly 0 | RESULTS
SUNY Canton secured a 2-0 win v. SUNY Poly in ECAC Valorant play on Tuesday winning by scores of 13-6 and 13-2.


 
SUNY Rocket League | Binghamton 3, SUNY Canton 0 | RESULTS
The Roos dropped a SUNY Rocket League match to Binghamton University by scores of 5-1, 4-2 and 2-1 on Tuesday.
