Lyndon, VT – Brandon McCorriston posted three points assisting a first-half goal and finding the back of the net in the second half as the SUNY Canton men's soccer team picked up a 3-0 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) victory on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- In a game that saw the Roos outshoot the Hornets 31-2 overall and 17-1 on goal, SUNY Canton got on the board first in the 12th minute when McCorriston found Shayne O'Neill for his team-leading third tally of the season.
- The visitors doubled their lead when Ellis Sanchez converted on a penalty kick to make it 2-0 in the 35th minute.
- After setting up a goal early in the contest, McCorriston was the recipient of a John Gonzalez pass and put home his first collegiate goal in the 79th minute. SUNY Canton outshot Lyndon 19-0 after intermission to cruise to the victory.
- Tyler Petersen and Dawson Pellerin combined for a clean sheet as Petersen made one stop over the first 62 minutes, while Pellerin did not face a shot in 28 minutes of relief.
- Caleb Derbyshire turned aside 14 shots for the Hornets.
