Potsdam, NY – Clarkson University scored four first-half goals to earn a 4-0 victory v. the SUNY Canton men's soccer team in non-conference action on Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Four different players found the back of the net in a 19-minute span in the first half for the Golden Knights. Ben Root (12th minute), John Furcick (17th minute), Kyle Jackson (21st minute) and Mack Walton (31st minute) recorded the goals.
- Evran Akman and Pedro DeSouza posted shots on goal in the opening 45 minutes for the Roos.
- Neither team found the back of the net after intermission as Dawson Pellerin made two saves over the final 45 minutes for Canton. Tyler Petersen also stopped two shots in the start.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Roos return to North Atlantic Conference (NAC) action on Saturday when they visit NVU-Lyndon at 1 p.m.
