Canton, NY – In a rematch of the 2018 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) championship match, Thomas College scored an early goal to lead the visiting Terriers to a 1-0 win v. the SUNY Canton men's soccer team in the NAC opener for both teams on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Thomas College opened the scoring in the 13th minute when Drew Parsons collected a loose ball in the box and fed it to MacQuille Walker on his left. Walker placed a quick bending shot just inside the right post for the early lead.
- Four minutes later Walker had another quality look hitting a low strike from 20 yards out but it was right at Roos keeper Tyler Petersen who made the save.
- Thomas held a 1-0 lead on the scoreboard and 5-0 shots on goal advantage after the opening 45 minutes.
- SUNY Canton had an opportunity off a set piece roughly midway through the second half but Dustin Brown's shot went just wide of the right post.
- Alex Kenmogne finished with the Roos lone shot on goal.
- Tyler Petersen made four saves for the Roos, while the team also recorded a defensive save. Jonathan LeClair made one stop in the win for the Terriers.
