Canton, NY – Will Austin scored the game-winner with three minutes remaining in regulation to lift the SUNY Canton men's soccer team to a key 2-1 win v. Maine Presque Isle in North Atlantic Conference (NAC) action on Sunday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Shayne O'Neill got the scoring started just 19 seconds into the second half when he finished on a header far post off a pass from Jacob Deuel. The goal is the team-leading seventh of the season for the Roos rookie.
- The Owls evened the score at one apiece when Dakota Patterson found Hunter Wardwell.
- The Roos found the game-winner at the 87:00 mark when Dustin Brown played a long ball up to Austin who put home his first goal of the season.
- Canton finished with advantages in shots (23-4, shots on goal (16-4) and corner kicks (10-2).
- Tyler Petersen made two saves in the victory for the Roos, while Keith Mank turned aside 13 shots for UMPI.
