O’Neill Adds to His Stellar Rookie Campaign on Senior Day

Canton, NY –  After playing an even first half, Husson came out strong and scored three second half goals to beat SUNY Canton 4-1. Shayne O'Neill scored the lone goal for the Roos adding to his stellar rookie campaign.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • SUNY Canton struck first with a 32nd minute goal by Shayne O'Neill.
  • Husson tied it up seven minutes later with a goal by Joao Passoni. 
  • After playing an even first half, Husson took the lead in the second half with a penalty kick goal by Passoni.
  • Husson was able to push their lead with a goal in the 73rd minute by Jordi Cabau-Limens and an Avery Pomerleau goal less than a minute later. 
  • Shayne O'Neill led the Roos with a goal, while Dawson Pellerin recorded four saves. 
The Roos honored their six seniors Eli Byrd, Justin Gardner, John Gonzalez, Alex Kenmogne, Hamza Meer and Kingsley Owusu on Senior Day.
