Andrew Fitch as the SUNY Canton men's basketball earned a key 94-79 North Atlantic Conference (NAC) win at Husson University on Friday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Fitch tallied his third double-double of the season with 16 points and 15 rebounds in just 23 minutes of action. Robert Holliday, Jr. and Jordan Stewart totaled 17 points each while combining for 13 rebounds. Brandon Adkisson chipped in with 16 points, while Danny Santana added 10 points on 8-for-8 shooting from the line.
- Overall, the Roos shot 50 percent from long distance (8-for-16) and 83 percent from the charity stripe (30-for-36).
- After falling behind 8-2 early on SUNY Canton rallied to take a 14-13 lead as they would never trail again in the contest. The Roos built a double digit lead at 23-13 with 11:29 left in the opening half and took a 45-29 lead into intermission.
- Canton extended the lead to 27 (60-33) early on in the second half following a 15-4 run out intermission. Husson would trim the deficit to 10 with less than six minutes late but never get within single digits.
- Kahdean Bennett posted five points off the bench, while Ibu Smith and Quran DuBois tallied four each.
- Brett Cunningham paced the Eagles with 17 points, while Justice Kendall (14) and DJ Bussey (13) also recorded double figure points.
- The Roos held the upper hand in rebounds (48-35) and points in the paint (26-18).
