Phoenixville, PA – The SUNY Canton women's soccer team fell just short of the American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) Championship dropping a 2-0 decision to Alfred State on Sunday.
The Pioneers (12-4) received goals from Michayla Salatel and Brooke Geibel to earn the victory.

Katie Lamica and
Kayla Phillips were named to the All-Tournament Team for the Roos (6-12).
The women's soccer team returns to action on Friday when it opens play at the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National Championship v. Florida National University at 10 a.m.
