Malinoski scored in the 21st minute to give SUNY Canton the early lead. Pine Manor held a slight 10-8 shots advantage in the first half
The Gators answered back with three goals in the second half behind a pair of scores from Giovanni Valenzuela and another from Samuel Solano as they earned a 3-1 victory to the American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) Championship on Sunday.
The Roos will take on the loser of the other semifinal at 11 a.m. on Sunday.
