Indianapolis, IN – For the second time SUNY Canton has won the Special Olympics Spotlight Poll as the Roos will receive $500 from the NCAA towards its next Special Olympics event.
The poll featured three stories highlighting a Division III Special Olympics event or activity. The Roos finished with 555 of the 717 total votes (77 percent). By winning the competition the Roos will be awarded $500 to use in their next Special Olympics event which is planned for April or May of 2017.
