SUNY Canton Set to Host 2015 USCAA Volleyball National Championships

Canton, NY – The SUNY Canton women's volleyball team will host the 2015 United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Volleyball National Championships beginning with tonight's team banquet.

All 10 teams invited to the tournament will open the festivities with a banquet Wednesday evening where the 2015 All-Americans and All-Academic Team will be announced.

Pool play will begin on Thursday morning with each team competing in four pool play matches. Following pool play the top four seeds in each pool will advance to quarterfinal elimination play. Teams will be reseeded based off their records at this point.
 

The Roos enter the tournament as the No. 2 overall seed and the 1 seed in Pool B.

SUNY Canton will play matches at 11:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. Thursday's matches will take place in Dana Hall, with Friday's matches occurring in CARC. Free high-definition video will be available for the Roos matches.
