(Canton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton women's volleyball team dominated Penn College 2-0 in their final pool play game of the 2012 USCAA national championship at SUNY Canton.
The Roos beat the Wildcats 25-12, 25-12 to finish 3-1 in pool play and earn the No. 2 seed for the elimination round where they will face Penn State Fayette at 4 p.m. in Roos House. The winner of that match moves on to the semifinals on Sunday.
Freshman
Morgan Bills (Walworth, N.Y.) collected nine kills to lead the Roos against the Wildcats. Sophomore
Mackenzie Mynter (Churchville, N.Y.) distributed 17 assists and added seven digs and three kills. Sophomore
Jessica Reynolds (Oakville, Ontario) and freshman
Rachel Lowther (Woodbridge, Va.) each nailed three kills and freshman
Robyn Carroll (Bowmanville, Ontario) added four digs and three service aces.
