Beane had a huge week on the mound making three starts and appearing in four games as she went a perfect 3-0 on the mound with 17 strike outs including picking up a pair of crucial conference wins v. SUNY Delhi and SUNY Poly that helped the Roos secure a playoff berth. She threw a complete game with four strike outs in a 7-6 win v. SUNY Potsdam on Tuesday. Beane followed that up with a complete game outing with five strike outs allowing just one earned run in a 9-1 run-rule win v. SUNY Delhi on Friday. The senior closed out her week with another complete game effort striking out seven batters in a 7-3 road win at SUNY Poly to clinch a playoff berth on Sunday.
