Dayter had a monster week posting 30 points on 19 goals and 11 assists in a 3-0 week to start the season for the Roos. She also added 33 draw controls, 10 ground balls and four caused turnovers. The junior opened the season with eight goals, two assists and a remarkable 17 draw controls in a 16-8 win v. Plattsburgh State. The 17 draw controls were a SUNY Canton single-game program record and the most draw controls by a player in NCAA D-III this season.
Dayter followed that up with game-highs of nine points, six assists and 10 draw controls to go with three goals in an 18-4 road win at Fredonia. She was also 2-for-2 on free-position shots. The captain closed out her week with game-highs of 11 points, eight goals, three assists, three caused turnovers and a team-best six draw controls in a 17-11 road victory at Medaille. Through three games she is averaging a remarkable 10 points per game.
