Jakobsson led all players with a goal and three assists as the men’s hockey team swept a midweek matchup at SUNY Potsdam earning a pair of 4-1 and 7-2 wins. In Tuesday’s 4-1 victory the rookie had the primary assist on the Roos first two goals including the game-winner. In Wednesday’s 7-2 win Jakobsson assisted Canton’s first goal and scored the Roos third goal, the eventual game-winner. He finished the two games with a +4 on-ice rating.
