Morgan went 2-0 this week on the mound without surrendering a single earned run in nine innings of work. On Sunday in Game 2 against John Jay College she threw a complete game no-hitter striking out eight batters in five innings. In Game 1 against the Bloodhounds she threw one inning without giving up a hit. The freshman also saw action against the College of New Rochelle on Saturday where she struck out six batters scattering one hit over three innings.
 
Morgan also had a strong week at the plate with five hits and 5 RBI’s while scoring nine runs. Four of her five hits came in the form of doubles. Her best game of the week at the plate was a four run-3 RBI outing against New Rochelle on Saturday.
