McKinnon had a huge weekend posting two goals and two assists in a pair of 4-0 and 5-0 non-conference wins v. Wilkes. The freshman tallied her second goal of the season in a 4-0 win v. the Colonels on Friday. The British Columbia native followed that up with a game-best three points on a goal and two assists in a 5-0 victory on Saturday. She had a hand in three consecutive goals registering the primary assist on Canton’s third and fourth goals before scoring their fifth goal. She finished the week with a +2 on-ice rating over three contests.
